This is done in different ways. It can be illuminating your energy field, past life work, releasing attachments, soul retrieval, destiny retrievals and many other forms of indigenous alchemy.
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. This can be used as its own therapy or in conjunction with herbs and Shamanic healing.
